The appellant was convicted of the crime of selling liquor, and his punishment was fixed at one year in the penitentiary. This appeal is prosecuted to reverse said judgment of conviction.

The first count in the indictment, the count on which appellant was tried, is as follows: “The Grand Jury of Pope County in the name and by the authority of the State of Arkansas accuses H. T. Taylor of the crime of selling liquor committed as follows, to-wit: The said H. T.
