*1322 Ebonie Batson was an employee of The Salvation Army ("TSA") for more than a decade. She received promotions and consistently positive performance reviews. After Batson was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, she requested leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. ("FMLA"), and an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. ("ADA").
