Case Summary and Issues

Dennis Block and Mark Magura executed a letter-of intent that Magura would purchase Block’s interest in a partnership. Magura did not complete the purchase, Block filed suit, and the trial court granted summary judgment to Magura and denied summary judgment to Block on the issue of whether the parties’ letter of intent creates an enforceable contract.
