BAUER, Circuit Judge.
The parties, an employer and a union, entered into a collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) directing any dispute arising from the CBA to find resolution in arbitration. Such dispute resolution was undertaken when the parties disagreed over the particulars of a contract negotiated under the CBA known as the “Productivity Reward Plan” (“PRP”).
