|tA jury found Daniel Castro guilty of the attempted aggravated rape of Angelica *1061Jones (a pseudonym by which we protect her privacy); the mentally-disabled adult daughter of his live-in girlfriend, Blanche Jones (also a pseudonym), with whom he •resided in the same home. Mr. Castro was thereafter sentenced to a term of fifty years imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. He now appeals his conviction but not his sentence.
