Monica Boyd-Richards (“Boyd-Richards”) filed this appeal from an August 12, 2004 Order of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, *884Division of St. Thomas and St. John granting Alfredo Lima (“Lima”) restitution of his premises at Dronningens Gade No. 63, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.
