Willis of bail jumping and failure to appear, and the court assessed his punishment at three days in jail and a $1,000 fine. Willis contends in two issues that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to sustain his conviction because the State failed to prove that he had actual notice of the hearing at which he failed to appear.
