A Crisp County jury found Gary Bass guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, OCGA § 16-13-30 (j) (1), and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a housing project, OCGA § 16-13-32.5 (b). He appeals pro se from the denial of his motion for new trial, contending that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions, that the prosecutor knowingly presented perjured testimony, and that he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel.
