The defendants’ motion is for summary judgment, dismissing the amended complaint.
On September 22, 1952, the plaintiff brought action against the defendants, alleging various acts of conspiracy in restraint and monopolization of the distribution, licensing and exhibition of motion pictures. Shortly thereafter motions were made to dismiss the original complaint upon the ground that it failed to state a cause of action.
