As a result of a collision between two automobiles, one of which was being operated by the defendant, the defendant was charged with committing three separate offenses. In one information, he is charged with driving an automobile while he was intoxicated and also with reckless driving in that he operated his automobile in a manner which unreasonably interfered with the free and proper use of the highway and unreasonably endangered users of said highway.
