OPINION
WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This case reaches the Court on a complaint for relief from the automatic stay filed by Catherine Margraff as a secured creditor of the debtor who has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Two (2) unsecured creditors intervened in the action and were granted permission to proceed on behalf of the Trustee as Special Counsel. In defense to the claim of the plaintiff, the Trustee asserted that the transfer of a security interest to Mrs. Margraff was a preference which could be avoided under the Bankruptcy Code. The Court,…
