This is a suit in equity whereby plaintiffs seek to have annulled certain tax bills assessed against real estate owned by them in the city of Cameron, Clinton county, Missouri, issued in payment for the construction of sewers in said city. . The city of Cameron is a city of the third class and within its corporate limits it organized certain sewer districts designated as numbers 3 and 5.
