—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Sherman, J.), rendered January 8, 1991, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, upon his plea of *668guilty, and sentencing him to a term of imprisonment of 12 Vi to 25 years.
Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reducing the minimum term of imprisonment to 8 Vi years; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
