The matter before the Court is whether to confirm the foreclosure sale of Defendant Patricia L. Bishop’s interest in a parcel of real property in view of her filing a voluntary bankruptcy petition under Chapter 13 of Title 11, United States Code, on the morning of the foreclosure sale.
