Order of Family Court, Bronx County (Nason, J.), entered June 29, 1982, dismissing neglect petition for insufficiency, unanimously reversed, without costs, the petition granted and the proceeding remanded for a dispositional hearing. At about 5 o’clock on the afternoon of March 15, 1982, a fire broke out in respondents’ apartment on East 149th Street in The Bronx.
