The defendant has appealed the district court judgment making a foreign judgment executory. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTS:
The defendant, Favalora Constructors, Inc. (Favalora), a Louisiana corporation, (hereinafter referred to as Favalora), was hired by the State of Louisiana to perform renovations on the Louisiana Supreme Court Building in New Orleans.
