— Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict convicting him of second degree robbery for forcibly stealing property and then escaping in a car driven by the co-defendant. Defendant argues that the police *1010lacked probable cause to stop the car, that the complainant’s in-court identification was tainted by an unduly suggestive showup and that his sentence is harsh and excessive. Each contention lacks merit.
