By information filed in the Criminal Court of Record for Dade County, Timothy Burrows was charged with having in his possession on June 15, 1920, in Dade County, Florida, “certain alcoholic and intoxicating liquors, to-wit: forty quarts of whiskey commonly known as Canadian Club,” contrary to the State statute.
