This is a bill for specific performance, growing out of the matters involved in the case of Turner v. Watkins et al., 31 Ark., 429. The transcript of that case, already on file here, is, by agreement of counsel and leave of the court, brought to our notice in this case, together, and in connection, with the transcript of the case appealed.

After the decision in that case, the wife of Thomas Watkins, Mrs. M. E. Watkins, who was not a party thereto, filed this original bill in the White county circuit court in chancery, on the fifteenth of December, 1877, against B. D. Turner, as principal…
