OPINION
BAKER, Judge.
Appellant-defendant Jeremy L. Vennard appeals his conviction for Robbery, 1 a class A felony, claiming insufficiency of the evidence because the State failed to show that Vennard took any money from the victim. Vennard further contends that his conviction and sentence for robbery must be vacated in light of double jeopardy principles because that conviction was "based upon the same serious bodily injury that was the basis for his conviction for the murder of [the vietim]."
