Appellant E.H. was charged with engaging in delinquent conduct by three acts of aggraváted sexual assault of a child younger than 14 years of age, and two acts of indecency by sexual contact with a child younger than 17 years of age. The jury found that E.H. had engaged in two of the three acts of aggravated sexual assault and both acts of indecency with a child by sexual contact.
