HARBISON, Justice.

This case is before the Court upon petition for certiorari filed by the State of Tennessee, seeking review of an opinion of the Court of Criminal Appeals. That Court reversed the conviction of respondent for first degree murder upon the single ground that the respondent had been denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial. All other assignments of error made by the respondent in the Court of Criminal Appeals were found to be without merit and were overruled.
