Larry and Pamela Assalita (Assalitas) appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County (trial court) that nullified the actions of the Chestnut Ridge Homeowners Association (Association) to extinguish certain walkway easements in their residential subdivision. The trial court did so because the Association’s Board of Directors (Board) had not been properly constituted.
