This appeal in the nature of a certiorari is from the findings of the recount judges of Allegheny County by two claimants to the office of township commissioner at large, in Springdale Township. Pursuant to the provisions of the Act of Assembly of April 23,1927, P. L. 360, a petition was filed on November 20,1931, by three electors of the township, asking the court to order the ballot box used in the First Election District at the general election on November 3, 1931, to be opened and its contents examined and correctly counted, A deposit of $50 was made in…
