—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Richard Andrias, J., at suppression hearing and speedy trial motion; Richard Carruthers, J., at jury trial, sentence and post-trial motion), rendered November 15, 1995, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and criminal possession of handcuffs, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 10 years to life and a conditional discharge, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
