This is an appeal by the Baltimore Car Wheel Company, a corporation, from a judgment for one thousand one hundred and twelve dollars and fifty-five cents entered against it in the Baltimore City Court wherein Linwood L. Clark was the plaintiff. The suit was brought by Mr. Clark to recover commissions at the rate of 2% per cent, on the sale of certain property of the appellant to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company. Forty-four thousand, five hundred and two dollars was the amount paid by the purchaser for the property. The action was in assumpsit, and the declaration contained the common, counts…
