Fenner & Beane brought an action against B. R. Calhoun for recovery of $444.94 on a margin account for 200 bales of cotton. The court directed a verdict for the plaintiff. The court granted the defendant a new trial, and on this judgment the plaintiff assigns error. This' being the first grant of a new trial, the judgment should be affirmed, unless the evidence demanded a verdict for the plaintiff.
