A workmen’s compensation award to John Small, for a total permanent disability, was affirmed by the circuit court of Cook County. His employer, Thomas J. Douglass and Company, appeals, contending that the award should have only been for a specific loss of portions of two toes. The question is whether a neurosis from which he suffers can reasonably be attributed to a foot injury he sustained on the job.
