Conti Corp. v. Ohio Department of Administrative Services

This is an appeal from the Court of Claims of Ohio, which awarded plaintiff, contractor Conti Corporation, damages against defendants, Ohio Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) and Youngstown State University (“YSU”) as follows: $117,951.59 against YSU and $229,782.50 against DAS and YSU jointly and severally. DAS assigns five errors on appeal (numbered one through five hereafter). YSU joins as to assignments of error three, four and five, and also raises a sixth assignment of error, which is designated as assignment of error three in its brief.
