GILMAN, Circuit Judge.
This is a diversity of citizenship action brought by O’Sullivan Corp., a vinyl manufacturer, against Duro-Last, Inc., a company that trims and welds roofing materials, and Plastatech Engineering, Ltd., a manufacturer of reinforced vinyl roofing material, for breach of an alleged exclusive-requirements contract. After a bench trial, the district court awarded damages to O’Sullivan, but deferred its ruling on prejudgment and post-judgment interest until after the appeal was decided.
