DECISION

BURTON PERLMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this adversary proceeding, plaintiff, a former employee of defendant/debtor, seeks dischargeability relief pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), willful and malicious injury to the person or property of another. This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2). A bench trial was held.
