Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Board of Parole which revoked petitioner’s parole.

Prior to his release on parole in January 2003, petitioner was serving consecutive prison sentences of 3 to 6 years on a 1998 conviction of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and IV2 to 3 years for absconding from a community treatment facility in 2000.
