Defendant makes fourteen assignments of error based on forty-three exceptions. We discuss several which we consider decisive.(1) Plaintiffs’ witness, W. D. Dalton, testified on direct examination that he lived with defendant in 1949, and, over objection, stated: “Mr. Hauser was sick. ... I got to going over there to see him; and he got after me to move in and take care of him and look after him; he didn’t want to live by himself. ... I told him . . . I’d move in with him.
