Although denominated trespass to try title, it partakes of the nature of one to remove clouds from the title of Hines to certain lands in Young, Baylor and Throckmorton counties, patented to Frost Thorn, under whom defendants, Mrs. Thorn and others, claim.

The appellant Hines has not set out in his brief the errors relied on to reverse this case. We have, however, considered such of them as were deemed necessary to a proper disposition of it, but not in the order assigned.
