In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Buhyan, J.), dated April 27, 2011, as, upon reargument, adhered to so much of an order dated August 4, 2010, as granted that branch of the cross motion of the defendants Royal Waste Services, Inc., and Francisco A. Meza which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order dated April 27, 2011, is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
