HEARE, Justice.

In this cause the appeal from the interlocutory order of the trial court refusing to grant the appellants a temporary injunction to prevent the sale by the ap-pellees of certain school properties has heretofore been affirmed. 182 S.W.2d 140.

On reconsideration of the entire case, the majority of this Court has reached the conclusion that the disposition which was made of the case by our original opinion was erroneous, and that the original order affirming the judgment of the court below should be set aside, the original opinion should be withdrawn, and the following opinion…
