FINAL COPY S20A0441. CALMER v. THE STATE. ELLINGTON, Justice. Christopher Calmer shot two Monroe County sheriff’s deputies, Michael Norris and Jeffrey Wilson, after they opened the door to his residence in response to a 911 call. Wilson recovered, but Norris died of his injuries.
