In 1987 the defendant, Anthony D. Fletcher, was convicted of burglary of a dwelling,1 a second degree felony, and sentenced and committed to the Department of Corrections for a term of 15 years with credit for three days jail time and with the provision that after serving three years of said term, the defendant was to be on probation for the remaining 12 years of the 15 year sentence.
