Petitioners (collectively CEPA)1 petition for review of the order of the Public Utility Commission (Commission) that approved as modified Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) restructuring filing, which was filed pursuant to the Natural Gas Choice and Competition Act (Act), 66 Pa.C.S. §§ 2201-2212.
