By information the defendant was charged with illegal possession of intoxicating liquor, to wit, 48 pints of tax-paid liquor, was tried, convicted, and was sentenced by the court to pay a fine of $100, and to be confined in the county jail for 60 days. From this judgment and sentence, the defendant appeals.
