*1184Appeal from a judgment of the Cayuga County Court (Peter E. Corning, J.), rendered July 20, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree (three counts) and petit larceny (three counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice by reducing the sentence imposed for each count of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree to an indeterminate term of incarceration of two to six years and as modified the…
