OPINION OF THE COURT

ALITO, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Roberta Ronique Bell was convicted following a jury trial of conspiracy, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; murder of a witness, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(a)(1)(A) and (C); use of physical force and threats against a witness, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(b)(1), (2), and (3); and use of a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1).
