TYLER, District Judge.

This is an action for interpleader. Process has been served upon all defendants, which have appeared but not answered.

The “stake” or subject of this action is the sum of $924,700.00 which heretofore has been paid into the register of this court by the plaintiff. This sum represents the proceeds of a draft dated July 17, 1964 and maturing on August 3, 1964, drawn by defendant Olavarria and Co., Inc. (“Olavarria”) to its own order upon plaintiff and accepted by plaintiff on July 22, 1964. Plaintiff had purchased a large quantity of sugar from Olavarria, and it was in…
