Plaintiff, Indiana Insurance Company (Indiana), appeals from the trial court’s grant of defendant Machón & Machón, Inc.’s (Machon) motion to dismiss plaintiffs complaint pursuant to section 2 — 619 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Code) (735 ILCS 5/2 — 619 (West 1996)), as well as the trial court’s denial of plaintiffs motion to vacate the order of dismissal and for rehearing.
