OPINION OF THE COURT
HARDIMAN, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff David Palmer appeals the District Court’s judgment following a jury trial on his claim of excessive force under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We will affirm.

Because we write for the parties, who are well acquainted with the case, we recount only the essential facts and procedural history.
