People v. Shackelford

Defendant was convicted in a bench trial in the Kent County Circuit Court of the misdemeanor offense of possession of marijuana, MCL 333.7403(2)(d); MSA 14.15(7403)(2)(d), and sentenced immediately thereafter to the maximum penalty of one year in the Kent County Jail.
