John P. Roberts has filed a petition for a writ of prohibition, which contains the following recitals and allegations: On March 22, 1926, there .was pending in the circuit court for the Greenwood District of Sebastian County an indictment for burglary and grand larceny against one Neal Fuller, but the circuit court for that district of the county was not then in session.
