MEMORANDUM OPINION
BATES, District Judge.
Liza R. Bowles (“plaintiff’) brings this action against the National Association of Home Builders (“NAHB”) and three officers of the company (collectively, “defendants”), relating to her termination as president of the National Association of Home Builders Research Center (“NAHBRC”), a wholly owned subsidiary of NAHB. Presently before the Court are plaintiffs motion to compel the production of documents by NAHB and defendants’ cross-motion for the return of privileged documents in the possession of plaintiff.
