MEMORANDUM OPINION ON OBJECTIONS TO DEBTOR’S CLAIM OF EXEMPTIONS AND TO DEBTOR’S CHAPTER 13 PLAN

Leonard Loventhal (“Loventhal”), a creditor in the bankruptcy case of Zisl Taub Edelson (“Debtor”), objects to the Debtor’s claim of exemptions relating to a beneficial interest in her residence.
