Petitioner Guiyu Jin, an alleged native of the People’s Republic of China and citizen of South Korea, seeks review of a December 4, 2016, decision of the BIA, affirming a June 18, 2014, decision of an Immigration Judge (“IJ”) denying Jin’s application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”), and concluding that she knowingly made a frivolous application for asylum.
